About us
Building safer futures, one home at a time.
Supportive Housing is a regulated provider of social housing and supported accommodation working with local authorities across the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
Our mission
We exist so that no person in the UK or Northern Ireland has to face housing insecurity alone. We combine quality homes with skilled support to help people move from crisis to stability — and from stability to thriving.
Founded in 2008, we now manage more than 1,400 homes across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and provide support to over 3,200 people every year.
Our standards
We are registered with the Regulator of Social Housing and are members of the National Housing Federation. Our supported schemes operate to CQC-aligned standards, with safeguarding, complaints and advocacy policies independently reviewed each year.
Tenants and residents help shape our services through regular involvement panels and an independent residents' board.
Our values
What guides our work.
Dignity first
Every person is welcomed with respect, privacy and a real front door.
Safe by design
All accommodation meets or exceeds Decent Homes Standard.
Locally rooted
We partner with the people, councils and charities who know each community best.
Pathways out
Support never ends at the front door — we plan for independence from day one.
